GOURMET RAVIOLI: All our ravioli are filled with our signature four cheese blend in addition to the vegetables we add except for our lobster ravioli which has no cheese.
1. Arugula and fresh mozzarella - Our signature egg pasta filled with arugula and fresh mozzarella
2. Asparagus and smoked mozzarella - We fill our egg pasta with grilled fresh asparagus and smoked mozzarella
3. Carbonara - We add smoked mozzarella to our signature cheese blend to pump up the flavor in this ravioli
4. Contadina - Artichoke and parsley pasta stuffed with grilled artichoke, sauteed Portobello mushrooms in garlic and herbs and add sun-dried tomatoes for a flavor-full ravioli
5. Genovese - Sweet red pepper pasta stuffed with spinach pesto, pine nuts and ricotta
6. Gorgonzola and Walnut - Spinach pasta with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts,for a deliciously different flavor combo.
7. Lobster - Langostinos join the lobster to round out the flavor
8. Mediterranean - Roasted eggplant mixed with plump roma tomatoes and fresh mozzarella
9. Paisanella - Sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Simple and delicious
10. Portobello - Portobello & wild mushrooms sautéed w/onion and seasonings
11. Basil and Mozzarella - Yes, you guessed it! Fresh basil and mozzarella mixed with our four cheese blend
12. Pumpkin - Roasted sugar pumpkins and the authentic Mostarda di Frutta (dried fruits in mustard syrup)imported from Italy makes these ravioli deliciouso!
13. Four Cheese - Our signature four cheese blend of Ricotta, Romano, Asiago and Parmiggiano Reggiano
14. Spinach and Goat Cheese - Zesty goat cheese blended with spinach
15. Fennel and Leek - Braised fennel and leek - One of The Pasta Man's favorite raviolis
16. Spinach and scallion - Need we say more? Simple and delicious
17. Basil and goat cheese - a zesty flavor combo pairs up in this delicious ravioli
18. Winter Squash - Butternut, acorn, buttercup squash and dried fruit. This sweeter filled ravioli shines as a side dish or main course
19. Asparagus and Artichoke - Grilled fresh asparagus and arthichoke team up to fill this ravioli with flavor
20. Artichoke and Goat Cheese - artichoke hearts and goat cheese. One of our farmer's market favorites
21. Grilled Red Pepper - fresh red peppers grilled to smoky perfection then we add Fontina for added flavor
22. Grilled Portobello - Meaty Portobello mushrooms marinated in balsamic vinegar then blended with our signature cheese blend
