Fior D'Italia is a chef-owned fresh pasta company located in Manchester Center, VT since 1987.
Owner Victor Tirrito was born into the specialty food business with an impressive history that stems from his grand parents immigration from Italy to the United States shortly after the turn of the century.
Nearly 100 years after their arrival, the traditional, old world method of pasta and cheese making is carried on today at Fior D'Italia.
